I began studying astrology in 2003, opening my consulting practice in 2013. Since then, I’ve given natal chart and transit readings to queers, straights, trans folk and cis-es worldwide, using my own personal brand of humanist, therapeutic astrology.
I used to be the Refinery29 horoscope writer and a columnist for little red tarot. Lately, you can find me doing astrology events at community, arts, and wellness spaces in and near Providence, RI, like The Veiled Crow, LitArtsRI, Central Rock Gym and others. I also offer virtual readings from anywhere via Zoom with weekly in-person bookings available in Providence, and provide meaning-driven interactive experiences at corporate events, fundraisers, weddings, and private gatherings.

I have my own, weird, warm, intuitive astrology style.
The first time you come in (or sign onto zoom) for a session, you’ll probably notice that I’m pretty informal. I use some astrology terminology but make sure to translate back into regular-human speak. (I can dial it up, too, if you want to learn or already speak fluent astrologese.) Our session should be a low-pressure space to ask questions, redirect, correct my misinterpretations, and basically make the space your own. Some folks prefer to listen quietly–that’s fine too! I always have plenty to say!
A session starts with a few questions.
First, I’ll confirm I’ve got your correct birth info and find out whether this is your first astrology reading. After that, I like to learn a little bit about your life–what you do for work, your living situation, whether you are partnered, or other details that help me understand who I am talking to.
Sharing is always optional. Some folks prefer to hear my uninfluenced take before disclosing personal details. Some prefer to just listen, to keep their video off, and wait to process the reading in private afterwards.
Even session is unique. I’m here to support your process, whatever that looks like.
A good astrology reading is intuition + connection + precise data from the chart.
While I do work intuitively and the astrology itself provides TONS of information, it’s your energy, life experience, and spirit that colors that data. I do have opinions, but ultimately, I’m here to be your (grounded) cheerleader and advocate for the voice within that is (I believe) trying to get your attention.

You don’t have to believe in astrology for it to “work.”
Astrology is powerful tool for helping us see ourselves and the world around us more clearly and with greater compassion. This ancient, multicultural art is made up of symbols, archetypes, and old, old stories. And stories and metaphors are powerful magic.
Have you ever looked at a childhood photo and realized that the kid who felt so hideous was actually real freaking cute? That transformative reorientation is exactly what my readings are about!
You might be surprised by the reading’s “eerie accuracy.”
At this point, “eerie,” “freaky,” “spooky,” and “wtf” are all familiar outbursts, as is “HOW DID YOU KNOW?!?!?” Heck, I don’t even understand how or why, exactly, things come through in a session, but after 10+ I’ve learned to accept it.
Facing my own mortality has profoundly changed my work.
In 2019, I was diagnosed with cancer, which I continue to live with today. It shocked me into clarity. Our time in these fragile bodies is too precious to waste in search of perfection–we must spend it here and now, feeling our feelings in these skins we are in.
Now, when I meet with a client, my goal is to help you slow down and be HERE in your present, in a way that is calm and healing. Our time in these bodies is short, but it is precious (even when terribly painful).
Cancer has taught me that connection is why we humans are here. Let me help you rediscover and strengthen your important bonds–to the wise voice within, the earth beneath us, and above to this great swirling solar system to which we all belong.
